2. Nature of Our Services
SME Credit Partners is a financial assistance and facilitation/advisory platform.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, SME Credit Partners is not a bank, NBFC, insurance company, government department or government authority.
Where applicable, loan applications may be processed, evaluated, sanctioned, rejected, disbursed and serviced by the relevant bank, NBFC or other authorised financial institution.
SME Credit Partners does not independently determine the creditworthiness of an applicant or guarantee the sanction or disbursement of any loan.

- Any particular credit facility
The final decision relating to a loan or financial product rests with the concerned bank, NBFC, financial institution or other authorised lender, subject to its internal policies, credit assessment, eligibility criteria, documentation, regulatory requirements and applicable law.

To facilitate a customer's financial requirements, SME Credit Partners may share relevant information and documents with appropriate banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, authorised lending partners, service providers or other parties where permitted by law and where necessary for providing the requested service.
The terms, conditions, interest rates, processing charges, repayment schedules, security requirements and other conditions applicable to a financial product are determined by the concerned lender or financial institution.
Customers should independently review and understand the final sanction letter, loan agreement and other documents issued by the concerned lender before accepting a financial facility.
7. Government Schemes and Programmes
SME Credit Partners may provide information, guidance or assistance relating to government schemes and programmes available to eligible businesses.
Information relating to schemes may change from time to time based on government notifications, guidelines, eligibility conditions, lender policies or other applicable requirements.
Reference to a government scheme on this website does not mean that:
- SME Credit Partners is a government department;
- SME Credit Partners guarantees eligibility;
- the applicant is automatically entitled to the benefit;
- approval or financial assistance is guaranteed.
Eligibility and final benefit availability are subject to the applicable scheme guidelines and the decision of the relevant authority, lender or implementing institution.
8. CGTMSE and Credit Guarantee-Related Services
Where SME Credit Partners provides assistance relating to CGTMSE or other credit guarantee programmes, such assistance may include information, documentation support, application facilitation or coordination with relevant financial institutions.
A credit guarantee does not mean that every applicant is automatically eligible for a loan.
Loan approval remains subject to the concerned lender's credit assessment and applicable scheme and regulatory requirements.
SME Credit Partners does not represent that any loan is "guaranteed" merely because a government credit guarantee programme may be applicable.
9. TReDS and Invoice Discounting Services
SME Credit Partners may provide assistance relating to TReDS registration, onboarding, documentation, process guidance and invoice-discounting facilitation.
The availability, financing terms, discount rate, limits, approval and transaction execution may depend upon the relevant TReDS platform, financier, buyer, seller and applicable rules.
SME Credit Partners does not guarantee acceptance, financing or settlement of any invoice.
10. Fees and Charges
Certain services provided by SME Credit Partners may be chargeable.
Where applicable, the applicable professional, advisory, documentation, facilitation, registration or service fee will be communicated to the customer before the relevant paid service is undertaken.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- Payment of a service fee does not guarantee loan approval.
- Payment of a service fee does not guarantee disbursement.
- Fees paid for professional/facilitation services are separate from interest, processing fees or other charges imposed by a lender.
- Any lender charges are governed by the lender's terms and conditions.
Where a refund policy applies to a specific paid service, the applicable refund terms will be communicated separately.
11. No Financial Guarantee
