Why incomplete files stall for weeks

Most delays are not “the bank is slow” — they are missing GST, mismatched addresses, unsigned financials, or bank statements that do not cover the full period. A complete file can move in 7–15 days. An incomplete one can sit for a month.

Core KYC & business proof

  • PAN and Aadhaar of promoters / directors / partners.
  • Passport-size photos and current address proof.
  • Partnership deed, COI + MOA/AOA, or LLP agreement as applicable.
  • Udyam / MSME registration and GST certificate.
  • Shop establishment, trade licence, or factory licence where relevant.

Financial & banking papers

  • Bank statements for 6–12 months (all operating accounts).
  • GST returns (typically GSTR-1 / 3B) for the last year.
  • ITR with computation and financials for 2–3 years.
  • Provisional current-year numbers if the last ITR is old.
  • Existing loan sanction letters and repayment track, if any.

Purpose-specific extras

Machinery finance needs quotations and, often, supplier details. LAP needs property papers and valuation. Invoice finance needs PO / invoice / buyer details. CGTMSE and PMEGP need a clear end-use note or DPR. We share a tailored list so you do not collect 40 documents when 12 will do.
